Terms & Conditions for The Nutcracker Prize Draw

(the “Prize Draw”)

1. Introduction
   1. The Prize Draw is organised and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at Etheridge Avenue, Brinklow, Milton Keynes, MK10 0BP.
   2. By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”)and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.
   3. The Prize Drawstarts at00:014th November 2024 (GMT)and ends at 23:59 28thNovember 2024 (GMT)(the “Prize Draw Period”). 
      
      
      
2. Who can enter this Prize Draw?
   1. Participants must:
      1. be a resident of the United Kingdom with a United Kingdom postal address;and
      2. beaged 18 or over.
   2. The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
   3. By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information. 
      
      
      
3. How does the Prize Draw work?
   1. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free.
   2. To enter the Prize Draw participants must enter their details (being their full name and a valid email address) into Radley’s online form athttps://www.radley.co.uk/competitions/christmas(the “Entry”). 
   3. Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once. Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once, only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. 
   4. All Entriesmust be received by Radley during the Prize DrawPeriod or they will be void.Radley will not accept responsibility for:
      1. Prize DrawEntries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
      2. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.
   5. On 29th November 2024, one (1) winner will be selectedat random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received. 
   6. The winnerwillbe notifiedon 2nd Decemberto the email used to enter the Prize Draw(the “Notification”).
   7. The Prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, withinseven (7) daysof the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winnerwill also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley,in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this ClaimPeriod. Failure to claim the Prizein accordance with the instructions in the Notificationwithin the ClaimPeriod will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.
   8. The winner will receive theRadley Productswithin ten (10) days of the date they provide Radleywith the information requested in the Notification (as set out inclause 3(g)).
   9. The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.
   10. If the winneris found to be ineligible or fails tocomply with the Terms, then the winnermay, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winnerwill be selected. 
       
       
       
4. What is the Prize?
   1. The winnerwill receive:
      1. 2 x Radley handbags of their choice, each up to the value of £300 fromwww.radley.co.uk(the “Radley Products”);
      2. 2 xTickets to The Nutcracker at London Coliseum at 7:30pm on Saturday 21st December(the “Show”); and
      3. Travel to and from the Showvia train (up to the combined value of £500) to be booked by Radley onbehalf of the winner (the “Travel Expenses”) 
         
         (together the “Prize”).
   2. The choice of Radley Products is subject to stock availability online and cannot be redeemed on the Picture Bag range, or at any Radley stores, concessions, or stockists.
   3. The Prize is subject to availability.
   4. Radley will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Radley Products to the winner. 
   5. The Prize does not include the cost of transportation to and from the Show outside of what is specified in clause 4(a)(iii), the purchase of any additional items during theShownot specified in clause 4(a) above, or any other costs in relation to the Show. Any expenses outside of those specified in the prize details in clause 4(a) will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
   6. Entry to the Showshall be at the sole discretion of London Coliseum. It is the responsibility of the winner and the winner’s guest to ensure that they comply with the rules ofLondon Coliseum at all times. Radley shall not be responsible for any decision byLondon Coliseum to deny entry to the winner and/or the winner’s guest.Please note children under 5 will not be admitted.
   7. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have a cash value of zero. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeitedin the event that Radley determines that the prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion. 
   8. Radley shall not be liable in the event the Show is cancelled, postponed or re-arranged to a date which conflicts with the winner’s availability.  
      
      
      
5. General
   1. Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.
   2. Radley will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw. 
   3. If you have elected to be added to Radley’s email database, you will also receive promotional emails with offers, news, products and information. You can unsubscribe at any time. 
   4. Radley will keep your personal information safe and will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website (www.radley.co.uk/help/privacy-cookie-policy/).
   5. The winner’s surname and geographic location will be made available. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Radley may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.
   6. The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
   7. Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant Prize Draw page at www.radley.co.uk.
   8. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize.
   9. This Prize Draw is run by Radley, it has no affiliation with the London Coliseum and they have no liability whatsoever for the running of this Prize Draw. Any complaint about the Prize Draw should be directed to Radley and not the London Coliseum.

   11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
