Terms & Conditions for the Radley Advent Calendar Prize Draw

(the “Prize Draw”)

1.        Introduction

a)        The Prize Draw is organised and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at Etheridge Avenue, Brinklow, Milton Keynes, MK10 0BP.

b)       By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.

c)        The Prize Draw starts at 9:00am on 1^st November 2024 (GMT) and ends at 23:59pm on 3^rd November 2024 (GMT) (the “Prize Draw Period”).

2.        Who can enter this Prize Draw?

a)        Participants must:

                                                               i.      have a valid Instagram or TikTok account;

                                                              ii.      be a resident of the United Kingdom with a United Kingdom postal address; and

                                                             iii.      be aged 18 or over.

b)       The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

c)        By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.

3.        How does the Prize Draw work?

a)        No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free.

b)       To enter the Prize Draw on Instagram (www.instagram.com/radleylondon), during the Prize Draw Period participants must:

                                                               i.      Follow Radley on Instagram;

                                                              ii.      Like the ‘Advent Calendar Giveaway’ Instagram post setting out the Entry instructions for this Prize Draw (the “Instagram Prize Draw Post”); and

                                                             iii.      Comment “Advent” in the comment section of the Instagram Prize Draw Post.

c)        To enter the Prize Draw on TikTok (https://www.tiktok.com/@radleylondon), during the Prize Draw Period participants must:

                                                               i.      Follow Radley on TikTok;

                                                              ii.      Like the ‘Advent Calendar Giveaway’ TikTok post setting out the Entry instructions for this Prize Draw (the “TikTok Prize Draw Post”); and

                                                             iii.      Comment “Advent” in the comment section of the TikTok Prize Draw Post.

d)       Fulfilment of the entry requirements in clauses 3(b) or 3(c) above shall constitute an “Entry”.

e)       Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once per platform, through Instagram (as set out in clause 3(b) above) or TikTok (as set out in clause 3(c) above). Only the first Entry for each platform by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once on one platform, only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw.

f)         All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:

                                                               i.      Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

                                                              ii.      any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.

g)        On Monday 4^th November 2024, 2 winners (being 1 winner from Instagram and 1 winner from TikTok) will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received.

h)       The winners will be notified on Tuesday 5^th November 2024 via Instagram or TikTok Direct Message to the account used to enter the Prize Draw (“Notification”).   

i)         The prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within 7 days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winners will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.

j)         The winners will receive the Prize within 30 days of the date they provide Radley with the information as set out in paragraph 3(h).

k)        The winners may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.

l)         If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

4.        What is the Prize?

a)        Each winner will receive: 1 x Radley Twelve Days of Christmas Jewellery Advent Calendar (the “Prize”).

b)       The Prize is subject to availability.

c)        Radley will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Radley Products to the winner.

d)       Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have a cash value of zero. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.

5.        General

a)        Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.

b)       Radley will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw.

c)        If you have elected to be added to Radley’s email database, you will also receive promotional emails with offers, news, products and information. You can unsubscribe at any time.

d)       Radley will keep your personal information safe and will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on its website (www.radley.co.uk/help/privacy-cookie-policy/).

e)       The winner’s surname and geographic location will be made available. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Radley may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.

f)         The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

g)        Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant Prize Draw page at www.radley.co.uk.

h)       With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize.

i)         This Prize Draw is run by Radley, it has no affiliation with Instagram or TikTok, and they have no liability whatsoever for the running of this Prize Draw. Any complaint about the Prize Draw should be directed to Radley and not Instagram or TikTok.

3.      How does the Prize Draw work?

                                                   iii.     Post in the comment section of the Instagram Prize Draw Post with an answer to “Which handbag is on your wish list right now”;

(together an “Entry”).

c)       Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once (as set out in clause 3(b) above). Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once, only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw.

d)      All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:

                                                     i.     Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

                                                    ii.     any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.

e)      On Monday 21^st October 2024, one (1) winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received.

f)       The winner will be notified on Tuesday 22^nd October  2024 via Instagram Direct Message to the account used to enter the Prize Draw (the “Notification”).  

g)      The Prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification via Instagram Direct Message within seven (7) days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.

h)      The winner will receive the Prize within 30 days of the date they provide Radley with the information as set out in paragraph 3(g).

i)        The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.

j)        If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

4.      What is the Prize?

a)      There will be one (1) winner of the Prize Darw.

b)      The winner will receive:

                                                i.          1 x Radley handbag of their choice, up to the value of £300 from www.radley.co.uk;

                                               ii.          1 x Causeway Row Small Trolley Bag (SKU: T8470001);

                                              iii.          1 x Fluffy Check Blanket (SKU: S2522275);

                                              iv.          1 x Cloud Street Slippers in a size of their choice (SKU: Q1727137A); and

                                               v.          1 x Neom Real Luxury Scented Candle;

(together the “Prize”).

c)       The choice of Radley handbag is subject to stock availability online and cannot be redeemed on the Picture Bag range, or at any Radley stores, concessions, or stockists.

d)      The Prize is subject to availability.

e)      Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have a cash value of zero. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the Prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.

a)        Participants must:

                                                              ii.      have a postal address in the United Kingdom;

                                                             iii.      have a valid Instagram account; and

                                                             iv.      be aged 18 or over.

d)       All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:

e)       On Monday 10^th September, 1 winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received.

f)         The winner will be notified on Tuesday 10^th September via Instagram DM to the account used to enter the Prize Draw (“Notification”).   

g)        The Prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within 5 working days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.

h)       The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.

i)         If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

4.        What is the Prize?

a)        There will be 1 winner of this Prize Draw.

b)       Subject to clauses 4(c) and 4(d), the winner will receive 1 handbag of their choice from https://www.radley.co.uk/ each month for 12 months (together the “Prize”).

c)        The choice of Prize is subject to availability and not redeemable on Radley’s Picture Bag range.

d)       In order to receive the Prize, the winner must inform Radley of their choice of handbag by the 7^th of each month following Notification. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of that month’s Prize.

e)       The winner will receive its monthly Prize within 14 days of the date they provide Radley with their choice of handbag as set out in paragraph 4(d).

f)         Radley will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Prize to the winner. Any other expenses outside of those specified in this clause 4 will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

g)        Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.

Terms & Conditions for the International Friendship Day Prize Draw

(the “Prize Draw”)

1.      Introduction

a)      The Prize Draw is organised and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at Etheridge Avenue, Brinklow, Milton Keynes, MK10 0BP.

b)      By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.

c)       The Prize Draw starts at 09:00 (BST) on 30^th July 2024 and ends at 23:59 (BST) on 4^th August 2024 (the “Prize Draw Period”).

2.      Who can enter this Prize Draw?

a)      Participants must:

                                                     i.     have a valid Instagram account;

                                                    ii.     be a resident of the United Kingdom (“UK”) with a UK postal address; and

                                                   iii.     be aged 18 or over.

b)      The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

c)       By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information.

3.      How does the Prize Draw work?

a)      No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free.

b)      To enter the Prize Draw on Instagram (www.instagram.com/radleylondon), during the Prize Draw Period participants must:

                                                     i.     follow @radleylondon and @theprioryhotelwareham on Instagram;

                                                    ii.     like the International Friendship Day Instagram post setting out the Entry instructions for this Prize Draw (the “Instagram Prize Draw Post”); and

                                                   iii.     Tag an account in the comment section of the Instagram Prize Draw Post.

                  (together an “Entry”).

c)       The Instagram Prize Draw Post will be posted jointly on Radley’s and The Priory Hotel’s Instagram accounts.

d)      Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once. Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once, only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw.

e)      All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:

                                                     i.     Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

                                                    ii.     any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.

f)       On 7^th August 2024, one (1) winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received.

g)      The winner will be notified on 8^th August 2024 via Instagram Direct Message (the “Notification”).   

h)      The Prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within five (5) days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.

i)        The winner will receive the Radley Products and instructions on redeeming the Stay, Cruise and Picnic portion of the Prize within thirty (30) days of the date they provide Radley with the information requested in the Notification (as set out in clause 3(h)).

j)        The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.

k)       If the winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

4.      What is the Prize?

a)      There will be one (1) winner of this Prize Draw.

b)      The winner will receive:

                                                i.          A selection of Radley products: 2 x 4-wheel carry on suitcases and 2 x leather handbags of their choice from www.radley.co.uk (the “Radley Products”); and

                                               ii.          One overnight stay for two people in the Boathouse Suite at The Priory Hotel, located at Church Green, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 4ND, (the “Stay”). The Stay includes a three-course dinner with canapes and a complimentary bottle of house wine, and a full English breakfast on the morning of departure.

                                              iii.          A river cruise for two people courtesy of The Boat Club (the “Cruise”) and a picnic which shall include 1 x bottle of Midas Prosecco and food to be provided by The Priory Hotel (the “Picnic”).

                                              iv.          Travel to and from the Stay via train (up to the combined value of £500) to be booked by Radley on behalf of the winner.

c)       The winner’s choice of Radley Products is subject to availability and excludes picture bags.

d)      Radley will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Radley Products to the winner.

e)      The winner may choose to share the Prize with the tagged account if they wish, Radley accepts no responsibility for ensuring that the owner of the account tagged by the winner in the Instagram prize Draw Post receives any part of the Prize.

f)       The Stay and Cruise is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

g)      The Stay is valid until 31^st December 2024, and excludes weekends, bank holidays, Christmas and New Year’s Day. In order to book, the winner must contact The Priory Hotel through the email address given in the Notification. For the avoidance of doubt, the room for the Stay shall be allocated at the sole discretion of The Priory Hotel.

h)      The winner is responsible for informing The Priory Hotel of any dietary requirements or allergens with respect to the Stay and the Picnic.

i)        The Stay:

                                                     i.     is organised and run by The Priory Hotel. Any decisions regarding this Stay are at the sole discretion of The Priory Hotel.

                                                    ii.     cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is subject to The Priory’s Terms and Conditions (https://theprioryhotel.co.uk/terms-conditions/).

j)        Entry to The Priory Hotel shall be at the sole discretion of The Priory Hotel. It is the responsibility of the winner and the winner’s guest to ensure that they comply with the rules of The Priory Hotel at all times. Radley shall not be responsible for any decision by The Priory Hotel to deny entry to the winner and/or the winner’s guest.

k)       The Cruise:

                                                     i.     is run by The Boat Club Ltd (“The Boat Club”). Any decisions regarding this Cruise are at the sole discretion of The Boat Club.

                                                    ii.      must be booked for the same date as the Stay. In order to book, the winner must contact The Priory Hotel through the email address given in the Notification.

l)        The Picnic may be provided onboard the Cruise or at an alternative time subject to availability.

m)     The Prize does not include the cost of transportation to and from the Stay outside of what is specified in clause 4(b)(iv), the purchase of any additional items during the Stay not specified in clause 4(b) above, or any other costs in relation to the Stay, including but not limited to early or late check-in fees or service fees. Any expenses outside of those specified in the prize details in clause 4(b) will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

n)      Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have a cash value of zero. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.

i)         The Royal Horticultural Society (“RHS”) will provide the winner with the tickets to the Event in advance of the Event date, subject to the winner providing RHS with any further information requested in the Notification (as set out in clause 3(g)).

j)         The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.

k)        If the winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

4. What is the Prize?

a)        The winner will receive:

                     i.            2 bags from the RHS x Radley London collection (the “Radley Products”); and

                    ii.            2 tickets to RHS Chelsea Flower Show on Wednesday 22nd May. Entry is valid from 8am-8pm (the “Event”).

                   iii.            Train travel to and from the Event within the UK for both the winner and their guest (up to the combined value of £500) to be booked by Radley on behalf of the winner (the “Travel Expenses”).

b)       The winner may choose which Radley Products they wish to receive from the RHS x Radley London collection, subject to availability. Radley will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Radley Products to the winner.

h)       The Event is organised and run by RHS, and is subject to the Event T&Cs (https://www.rhs.org.uk/shows-events/misc-shows/event-terms-and-conditions). Any decisions regarding the Event are at the sole discretion of RHS.

i)         In the event the Event is postponed, the winner will be able to redeem the tickets to the Event and the Travel Expenses, as part of the Prize, on the postponed date.

j)         Radley shall not be responsible in the event the Event is cancelled, postponed and/or re-arranged to a date which conflicts with the winner’s availability.

i) The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.

j) If the winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

4. What is the Prize?

a) The winner will receive:

i. A selection of Radley products: 1 x Causeway Row Weekend Travel Bag (SKU: T8471001), 1 x Valentine’s Day Liverpool Street Bag (SKU: H8852001) and Sloane Street Grab Bag (SKU: H8882074)  (the “Radley Products”); and

ii. One overnight stay for two people at South Place Hotel, located at 3 South Place, London, EC2M 2AF, (the “Stay”). The Stay includes a breakfast allowance of £30pp for up to two guests.

iii. Travel to and from the Stay via train  (up to the combined value of £500) to be booked by Radley on behalf of the winner.

b) The Stay is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. The Stay is valid for 6 months from the competition start date.  In order to book, the winner must contact South Place Hotel through the email address given in the Notification. For the avoidance of doubt, the room for the Stay shall be allocated at the sole discretion of South Place Hotel. 

c) The winner is responsible for informing South Place Hotel of any dietary requirements or allergens. 

d) The Stay cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is subject to South Place Hotel’s Terms and Conditions (https://southplacehotel.com/terms-conditions/).

e) Radley will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Radley Products to the winner. The Prize does not include the cost of transportation to and from the Stay outside of what is specified in clause 4(b)(iii), the purchase of any additional items during the Stay not specified in clause 4(b) above, or any other costs in relation to the Stay, including but not limited to early or late check-in fees or service fees. Any expenses outside of those specified in the prize details in clause 4(b) will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

f) Entry to South Place Hotel shall be at the sole discretion of South Place Hotel. It is the responsibility of the winner and the winner’s guest to ensure that they comply with the rules of South Place Hotel at all times. Radley shall not be responsible for any decision by South Place Hotel to deny entry to the winner and/or the winner’s guest. 

g) The Stay is organised and run by South Place Hotel. Any decisions regarding this Stay are at the sole discretion of South Place Hotel.

h) Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have a cash value of zero. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.

a) Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.

b) Radley will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw. 

c) If you have elected to be added to Radley’s email database, you will also receive promotional emails with offers, news, products and information. You can unsubscribe at any time. 

d) Radley and South Place Hotel will keep your personal information safe and will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on their websites (www.radley.co.uk/help/privacy-cookie-policy/) and (www.southplacehotel.com/privacy-policy). 

e) The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

(THE “PROMOTION”)

1.       Introduction

e.       The Prize may become unavailable due to events outside of Radley’s control. In such an event, Radley will endeavour to provide a substitution for the Prize.

        i.     Participants must be a resident of a state within the United States (other than one of the Excluded Jurisdictions as indicated in Section 2(b)(ii) below) or a resident of the District of Columbia; have a postal address in the United States; have a valid Instagram account; and be aged 18 or over.

        ii.     The Prize Draw is not open to residents of the following states: Arizona and Rhode Island (“Excluded Jurisdictions”).

    c.      The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley or its affiliates, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

    d.      By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information or otherwise violating these Terms.

3.      How does the Prize Draw work?

    a.      To enter the Prize Draw on Instagram (www.instagram.com/radleylondon), during the Prize Draw Period participants must:

        i.     Follow Radley on Instagram and continue to do so through the end of the Prize Draw Period;

        ii.     Like the Rad-vent Giveaway Week Two Instagram post setting out the Entry instructions for this Prize Draw (the “Instagram Prize Draw Post”); and

        iii.     Post in the comment section of the Instagram Prize Draw Post tagging another Instagram account as the person you'd share the prize with and “#prizedraw”,
(together an “Entry”).

    b.      Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once. Only the first Entry by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once, only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw.

    c.      All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. For the avoidance of doubt, Radley will not acknowledge receipt of Prize Draw Entries nor will it accept responsibility for:

        i.     Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal or other delivery failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

        ii.     any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a Prize.

    d.      On Friday 15th December , 1 winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received across the UK and US. The location at which the winner will be drawn is Radley’s address as identified above. Odds of winning will depend on the number of valid Entries received.

    e.      The winner will be notified on Friday 15th December  via Instagram Direct Message to the account used to enter the Prize Draw (“Notification”).

    f.       For the name of the Prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the address set out in clause 1(b), within ninety (90) days of the end of the Prize Draw Period. Where legally required, this will be subject to the winner’s consent.

    g.      The prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within 7 days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Further, Radley may, in its sole discretion, require the winner to complete and sign before a notary an affidavit which, among other things, confirms the winner’s compliance with these Terms and reaffirms certain of the provisions set forth in these Terms. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with this clause 3(g) will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.

    h.      The winner will receive the Prize within one month of the date they provide Radley with the information requested in the Notification (as set out in clause 3(g)).

    i.       The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification and of legal residence in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.

    j.       If the winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, Instagram’s terms of use or otherwise acts in a manner that affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Prize Draw, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

4.      What is the Prize?

    a.      There will be a total of one winner, across the UK and the US entrants.  In no event will more than the stated number of Prizes be awarded.

    b.      The winner will receive:

e) All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:

i. Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

ii. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.

f) On 01/11/23, 1 winner will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received. 

g) The winner will be notified on 01/11/23 via Instagram DM or Facebook messenger to the account that they used to enter (“Notification”).   

h) The prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within 7 days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winner will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. 

i) Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen. 

j) The winner will receive the Prize within 30 days of the date they provide Radley with the information as set out in paragraph 3(h).

k) The winner may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.

l) If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

4. What is the Prize?

a) There will be 1 winner, across Facebook and Instagram.

b) The winner will receive:

i. One Grace & Savour dine & stay experience for two people at Hampton Manor, Shadowbrook Lane, Hampton-In-Arden, B92 0EN (the “Stay”). The Stay includes an arrival drink and snack with a tour of the walled garden, a 15-course dinner with adventure wine tasting, and one night in a walled garden suite in Grace & Savour, including breakfast. 

ii. Travel to the Stay (up to the combined value of £400) to be reimbursed by Radley upon provision of a valid receipt.

iii. Two Radley London bags selected from the website (up to the combined value of £500) (the “Radley Bags”).

(together the “Prize”).

c) The winner may bring the owner of the tagged account to the Prize if they wish, and the winner may give one of the selected Radley Bags to the owner of the tagged account if they wish. The Radley Bags will be posted to the winner, Radley accepts no responsibility for ensuring that the owner of the account tagged by the winner in the Instagram or Facebook Prize Draw Post receives the Prize or any part thereof.

d) The Stay is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. In order to book, the winner must contact Radley through the email address given in the Notification. The Stay is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, however any delays due to COVID shall be taken into account.

e) The winner is responsible for informing Grace & Savour of any dietary requirements or allergens.

f) The choice of Radley Bags is subject to availability and not redeemable on the Picture Bag range.  

g) Radley will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Radley Bags to the winner. The Prize does not include the cost of transportation to and from the Stay outside of what is specified in clause 4(b)(ii), the purchase of any additional items during the Stay not specified in clause 4(b) above, or any other costs in relation to the Prize. Any expense outside of those specified in the prize details in clause 4(b) will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

h) Entry to Grace & Savour shall be at the sole discretion of Grace & Savour. It is the responsibility of the winner and the winner’s guest to ensure that they comply with the rules of Grace & Savour at all times. Radley shall not be responsible for any decision by Grace & Savour to deny entry to the winner and/or the winner’s guest. 

i) The Stay is organised and run by Grace & Savour. Any decisions regarding the Stay are at the sole discretion of Grace & Savour. 

j) Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have a cash value of zero. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the Prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion. 

5. General

a) Radley reserves the right to amend the rules of the Prize Draw, to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to cancel the Prize in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.

b) Radley will use your personal details to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this Prize Draw. 

c) Radley and Grace & Savour at Hampton Manor will keep your personal information safe and will use your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy available on their websites (www.radley.co.uk/help/privacy-cookie-policy/ and https://hamptonmanor.com/privacy-policy/).

d) The winner’s surname and geographic location will be made available. The winner will have the right to object to this information being published or to request a reduction in the amount of information being published. Radley may be required to provide this information to the relevant regulatory authorities.

e) The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

f) Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant Prize Draw page at www.radley.co.uk. 

g) With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Radley is not liable for, and you release Radley from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suffered, as a result of entering the Prize Draw, failing to win, winning, accepting or using a Prize.

h) This Prize Draw is run by Radley, it has no affiliation with Facebook or Instagram, and they have no liability whatsoever for the running of this Prize Draw. Any complaint about the Prize Draw should be directed to Radley and not Facebook or Instagram.

j) These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales

1.        Introduction

a)     The Prize Draw is organized and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”) who can be contacted at Etheridge Avenue, Brinklow, Milton Keynes, MK10 0BP.

b)        By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.

c)        The Prize Draw starts at 09:00 (BST) 9^th September 2023 and ends at 23:59 (BST) 17^th September 2023 (the “Prize Draw Period”).

2.        Who can enter this Prize Draw?

a)        Participants must:

                                                               i.      be a resident of the United Kingdom;

                                                              ii.      have a postal address in the United Kingdom;

                                                             iii.      have a valid Facebook or Instagram account; and

                                                             iv.      be aged 18 or over.

b)       The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley or its affiliates, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

c)        By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify a participant for submitting false information or otherwise violating these Terms.

3.        How does the Prize Draw work?

a)        No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free.

b)       To enter the Prize Draw on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/RadleyLondon/?locale=en_GB), during the Prize Draw Period participants must:

                                                               i.      Like Radley London’s Facebook page and continue to do so through the end of the Prize Draw Period;

                                                              ii.      Like the Birthday Cake Facebook post setting out the Entry instructions for this Prize Draw (the “Facebook Prize Draw Post”);

                                                             iii.      Post in the comment section of the Facebook Prize Draw Post with an answer to “Tell us what you love about Radley London and share with a fellow Radley fan in the comments.”; and

                                                             iv.      Tag a Facebook account in the comment section of the Facebook Prize Draw Post

b)       To enter the Prize Draw on Instagram (www.instagram.com/radleylondon), during the Prize Draw Period participants must:

                                                               i.      Follow Radley on Instagram and continue to do so through the end of the Prize Draw Period;

                                                              ii.      Like the Birthday Cake reel Instagram post setting out the Entry instructions for this Prize Draw (the “Instagram Prize Draw Post”);

                                                             iii.      Post in the comment section of the Instagram Prize Draw Post with an answer to “Tell us your favourite Radley memory”; and

                                                             iv.      Tag an Instagram account in the comment section of the Instagram Prize Draw Post

(together an “Entry”).

c)        Each participant can only enter the Prize Draw once per platform, through Facebook (as set out in clause 3(b) above) or Instagram (as set out in clause 3(c) above). Only the first Entry for each platform by each participant will be accepted and constitute a valid Entry. For the avoidance of doubt, if a participant has entered more than once on one platform, only their first Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw.  Entries that fail to “tell us your favourite Radley memory” and fail to tag another account in the comments will not be counted as a valid Entry and will be void.

d)       For the avoidance of doubt, the tagged account shall not constitute an Entry.

e)       All Entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not acknowledge receipt of Prize Draw Entries.  Radley will not accept responsibility for:

                                                               i.      Prize Draw Entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal or other delivery failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

                                                              ii.      any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a Prize.

f)         On 18^th September 2023, 25 winners will be selected at random, using a random computer-generated process, from all valid Entries received.  The location at which the winners will be drawn is Radley’s address as identified above.

g)        The winners will be notified on 18^th September 2023 via direct message to the account that they used in their Entry (“Notification”).

h)       The prize must be claimed in accordance with the instructions in the Notification message, within two days of the Notification (the “Claim Period”). In order to receive their Prize, the winners will also need to provide Radley with any further information requested by Radley, in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notification within this Claim Period. Failure to claim the Prize in accordance with the instructions in the Notification or to execute a required affidavit within the Claim Period will result in the forfeit of the Prize and an alternative winner will be chosen.

i)         The winners will receive the Prize within 28 days of the date they provide Radley with the information as set out in paragraph 3(h) as well as their choice of Prize.

j)         The winners may be required to provide Radley with proof of identification in order to verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for the Prize Draw.

k)        If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with the Terms then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

4.        What is the Prize?

a)        There will be a total of 25 winners, across Facebook and Instagram.

b)       The winners will each receive one handbag of their choice from https://www.radley.co.uk/ up to the value of £300 (the “Prize”).

c)        Radley will be responsible for the cost of shipping the Prize to the winner. Any other expense outside of those specified in the Prize details will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

d)       The choice of Prize is subject to availability and not redeemable on the Picture Bag range.

5.        Intellectual Property Rights and Use of Submissions

a)        By submitting an Entry to the Prize Draw, participants agree that any such photos/images are their original creation and will not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.

b)       Participants will retain ownership of the copyright in their Entries to the Prize Draw.

c)        By submitting an Entry to the Prize Draw, the participant grants Radley the worldwide right to use the Entry in relation to the Prize Draw, in advertising and/or marketing of Radley’s products and brand. Such use may include, without limitation, reproducing, copying, translating, adapting, publishing or making available your Entry on Radley’s websites, on any social media account controlled by Radley (or approved third party partners/affiliates), and in Radley’s other advertising and/or marketing materials. The rights granted in this clause are perpetual (i.e. they last forever), and royalty-free (i.e. the participant will not be entitled to any compensation or other payments from Radley).

d)       All participants irrevocably waive all moral rights in their Entries to which they are entitled.
